Sarco means flesh, like the skin of our wine grapes. In order for red wine to pick up dark inky color and tannins, It must age on the skins.
Sarco Creek also runs through our 7 acre estate. For Chateau Saco, it also represents the intense thick skin of our Estate Malbec and other favorable famous red varietals of the renowned Napa Valley. Chateau Sarco produces bold reds such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Cab Franc, Bordeaux Blends, and a Estate Malbec. We also have a beautiful lineup of whites, sparkling, and roses.
